Item coming from TCG, it was copied and upgraded by Team Snagem, Team Aqua and Magma also made use of it. Originally invented by Team Rocket, it's used by Grunts and higher Rocket members to steal Trainer's Pokémon with a chance similar to that of Poké Ball. It can be camouflaged by looks identical to regular Pokéballs, that's why you usually see Grunts and higher members without them.

Just like a regular Pokéball has a Masterball, there is also a superior version of Rocketball - Dark Ball, also created by Team Rocket.
It has the chance of 100% to steal Trainer's Pokémon, upon capturing it changes Pokémon into Dark/Shadow Pokémon, known mostly from TCG and Orre games.
The only known user of it is Vicious the Masked Marauder, it comes from anime.

YOu could gain 255 level in first and second generation games
ivs and natures is stupid addition which can ruin game, you should be able to reset it. especially because of ivs I prefer first two gens

ALso there should be a ??? and Bird type plate for Arceus. Both of these types existed and were deleted later. Bird was deleted after Gen II, ??? after Gen IV. There is a sprite of ??? type Arceus but you can't get it

The items that boost a stat when hit by a certain type (absorb bulb, cell battery, snowball, etc) reduce the damage of the attack by 1 effectiveness level (x4 -> x2 -> x1 -> x1/2 -> x1/4) on the turn that they are used up.

The berries that reduce super effective damage now make the attack do no damage on the turn the berry is used up. They'll need this boost to stay viable after the items above get their damage reduction.

Yeah, but Never-Melt Ice and the other elemental items seriously need a buff because there's absolutely no reason to use them over a Choice Band/Specs, a life orb or even Wise Glasses/Muscle Band.

Miracle Water gives a random stat boost each turn in rain
