The Pokemon TCG is really inexpensive but SLOW gameplay wise. Yugioh has hype and a ton of "counterplay" being a more dynamic game.
I"ve never played MTG but it has age and too big a following to not be successful.

and I played the Pokemon TCG when Garchomp C LV X was meta with the TGI cards up to the first Black and White set. Still slow compared to Yugioh.

Because no one knows how to play it they just want to collect them all. Also the art got a lot worse. Then the video games got a lot better negating the need for a card game. Meanwhile yugioh was always a card game with a better anime to push product/new cards and archetypes with. If you've been playing for a while you could probably think of a lot of easy cash ins Konami could release at any moment and sell a lot. Also deck building in Yugioh and mtg is actually a big selling point of the game.

the speed compared to yugioh is slow. Pokemon isn't that slow but you can't even do anything on your opponents turn as far as I know the last card I remember being outside of my turn was Power Spray.

And T1 in YGO and T1 in Pokemon are way different

OCG limited Big Eye and Abyss Sphere. They at least know what the problem is and wont let it run around like Obama has done about the war on drugs

And YGO tcg is oh hey let me play this card that searches me this card while boosting this card that gives me another card and gets rid of another card the opponent has and I dont have to draw into the extra deck which just uses the main deck to set up

Exciton Knight only rewards bad player.
Utopia is horrible and easy to get over.
SHArk Knight just means you have to becareful with the position you summon in.
Bujins and Fire Fists are a bit overpowered but somewhat manageable.

Exciton Knight and 101 are great but not as broken as just Number 11: Change of Heart or Draco & Tokens. The shift to Rank 4 is good in my opinion.
