Fun Physics Fact:
If you were to take two hemispheres (hollow half balls), press them together, and then evacuate all the air inside of them, you could not pull them apart.
You would think this is because of suction. It is, technically, but what actually is happening is that the two hemispheres are being pushed against each other by air molecules. If you brought the sphere into the upper atmosphere, where there is less air pressure, it would be easier to pull them apart.
