It's no secret that Pokemon is a terrible game to play competitively, shit has more RNG than Hearthstone and Dota 2 combined.
How would /vp/ change Pokemon versus to make it actually balanced, hence something that can actually be taken seriously and not a luck-based casual game for children?
I'll start with the obvious
>Remove IV's
>Remove EV's
>Remove critical hits
>Make all damage static (no range of variation)
>Remove Accuracy
>Remove anything that has a % chance to work
