Balanced Hackmons exists. Wonderguard is banned along with Huge Power and some other abilities.

I think it's cool but I still get faked out by shit. I don't really play it seriously.

Balanced Hackmons is slightly better, but at the highest levels it is pure stall with tons of games ending in pp stalling. Absolutely unplayable.

Used to be one of the best hackmons players a long time ago, made it to the top of the ladder several times.
Of course its main assets are probably still No Guard and Wonder Guard, those are the only thing that set it apart from Balanced Hackmons.

And in a tier where everyone carries Sheer Cold No Guard Deoxys, everybody needs a Wonder Guarder (or other checks/counters like Sturdy if you're a hipster).
I actually think it's MORE balanced now in Gen 6 and will lead to more creativity, Wondereye and Wondertomb are down for the count.
