This guy. I got "stuck" with a Slakoth in a Nuzlocke, but became instant bros with Vigoroth. Even put an everston on it so I wouldn't have to deal with Truant ever again.

I'd gladly evolve it into Darmanitan if it looked more like an oni and not just a fiery orangutan. Also if its meditation stance wasn't a HA. I never evolve it in-game, I just slap some eviolite on it to compensate, and it still can hit pretty hard for what it is.
