Blaziken...we already have a Pokémon with the Fight type.
Pokemon Trainer with the fully evolved Kanto Starters...I can see him return but only because of Charizard.
Sakurai has already stated that the characters will be the same in both platforms, so 3DS/Wii U exclusives are highly unlikely.
UNLESS it's used as customization.
