If we exclude all the bottom tier shitmons that aren't useful even in-game (Ledian, Luvdisc, Farfetch'd, etc.), is it exaggerating to say that Heatmor is the worst fully evolved / single stage Pokemon?

Farfech'd has his own item and the power of RNG gambling to make him interesting. Therefore he is Farfetch'd teir.

Heatmor has a grass attack that would likely only be useful against Golem (i'm still suspicious that it could win even then)

Heat is definitely the shittiest.

I don't understand why they would give Durant an ability like Hustle while leaving Heatmor with fuck all, especially when Durant has minmaxed stats to begin with.

Make White Smoke work like a White Herb, constantly. That means no more sp attack drop from Overheat. Then give it like +10 speed. They boosted other shit, might as well boost this dude.

Even in-game, there's no reason to use it over Simisear, because the latter is faster, has the same bulk, moves and attacking stats and you get it at the beginning of the game (vs Victory Road for Heatmor). All Heatmor has over it is Sucker Punch and Giga Drain.
