No, because he loses 1/8th of his hp per turn and effectively doens't have an item slot. He is basically a mega with bad stats.

Quick Feet negates Paralysis' Speed drop like how Guts negates Burn's Attack drop.
Now Ursaring can be fast enough to use that giant attack stat with no health-depleting status needed for a boost.
(also means he cant be status'd by any stallers and such)

Why is Toxic Orb run over Flame Orb? I never got it, Guts nullifies the Atk drop burn would have and you lose less heal per turn vs. Toxic racking up

Toxic deals less damage than burn if you only stay in during two turns. Pokemon that switch a lot prefer toxic orb, Pokemon that want to stay in longer use burn.
