Nascour wasn't all too hard, but he had a lot of hard hitting special attackers furthur boosed by X Specials, if you werent careful, he could rek you. His Metagross was a bitch with that 3 Catch Rate.
Evice either could be the hardest or the easiest depending on your team composition. But with a bunch of pokes with base 130+, he hit hard as fuck and the 5+ level increase from Nascour surley didn't help.
