Go for Mega-Pinsir since it's better and that way you can use regular Heracross which is still good

mine has
earthquake rock blast
close combat mega horn

i really dont wanna run him/her with just multi hit moves becuase heracross is good on its own as well plus if he/she gets burn i dont mega

i dont use M pinsir but i hear hes very good
due to his Arielate

As others have said, Pinsir is better. Swords Dance + Aerielate Quick Attack (feint works too, especially in doubles) is great, plus it's slightly less afraid of Talonflame than Heracross is.

Regular Heracross is worthwhile though. I like it with Scarf.
