honestly just nerf evasion so the stages do less.
Instead of 75% -> 60% -> 50% -> 43% -> 38% -> 33%, change it to 90% -> 80% -> 70% -> 63% -> 58% -> 55%. You shouldn't let your opponent get to more than +2 anyway
Also if you're minimized, shouldn't your attacks be less powerful since you're a lot smaller?
