Some of the City folk simply don't want to move to the Forest, and vice versa. Keep talking to the others, at least a few of them will move.

I dislike how B/W and B2/W2's gimmicks were all geared towards cooperating with other players. The White Forest/Black City in B/W, the shopping mall in B2/W2, the surveys, any of these contact tree minigames, etc.
Especially now that I'm used to X/Y, where one can just tap one of the hundreds of passerbys to propose a trade or battle, it feels so damn lonely.

Off-topic, but are you Slavic OP? Polish or Russian?

You don't use articles (“a”, “the”); that's a dead give-away that someone is a Slav.
I know this from /int/ and having played on a Minecraft server with many Polish players for a long time.

Oh, that wasn't criticism. You can usually tell what a poster's native language is by the little mistakes they make in English. Not using articles is a typically Slavic thing (IIRC most Slavic languages don't have articles); other folks make different mistakes.
(Being German myself, for many years I always said “stand up” when I meant “get up”.)

Well, it means to stand up in a very literal sense. If you “stand up” from your bed, it means you jump up and stand at attention, straight and upright. “Aufstehen” as in waking up, silencing the alarm clock, and getting out of the bed is “getting up”.
