That's probably...an even worse choice than Vine Whip. Only thing worse would be SonicBoom, wouldn't it? Outside of lower levels those moves are so useless.

I ran into a rain team that had pikachu. They led with politoed and I had rotom wash, I preceeded to volt switch. They switch in Pikachu which had lightningrod and holy fuck I WAS DANCING AROUND IT CAUSE IT KEPT BLASTING THUNDER ON EVERYTHING THAT NIGGA WAS STRONG

For Assault Vest pinsir, don't forget the EVs, or it won't work.
Along with that, the move set I gave him is:
X-scissor, storm throw, earthquake, stone edge
The hard part is you can't set up. Moxie is my only power up
It's not perfect, but it's fun.

Okay, I checked his current spread:
HP: 96
Ack: 35
Def: 20
Sp Ack: should be zero, is 55
Sp Def: 200, estimate was right on the money
Spd: 114

So obviously, take everything out of special attack and dump it into defense. Maybe go a little less on the speed or hp, if you'd like.

The weirdest thing I saw on PBR was a Japanese guy who left upon my Gyarados using Dragon Dance. And then I ran into him again. Only for the same to happen.
