My wooper hatched! I was hoping it would be yesterday, on my birthday, but today is good too. he is xx/31/31/31/31/0 and relaxed. It's a shame on the hp, but at least he got defense.

He is also unaware, which I was scared of not getting seeing as my last MM was a chimchar with blaze. Overall I'm very happy, he's adorable.

You get used to dealing with it pretty easy, when my local pub was still open me and my friends used to get drunk pretty much every weekend, eventually figured out what my limit was. I have yet to see sunshine but I love the soundtrack to that too.
And yeah 28 days later is a brilliant movie, sequel was good too.
The only bad point in 28 days later was the little girl, couldnt act at all.

So how'd everyone's week go for shiny pokemon?
I took my gaggle of unwanted shiny pokemon (mostly ones I couldn't nickname) and got some good trades.
I got Presto the Noibat
Crossword the Girafarig
Soda Pop the Pansage
Bluenose the Lapras
Croco the Sandile
Puppeteer the Shuppet

And then while EV training I found another shiny roggenrola.

A good week. Got called an autist because of nicknames though. Oh well.

I still have a shiny haxorus and shiny charizard that no one seems to want in the trade threads. I guess they're more common?

Nothing wrong with using P-Fang, but let's be honest T-Fang isn't great. You'd use it against what, Flying and Water-types? Flying is taken down with any STAB Rock-type move and you've got powerful enough moves to seriously hurt most Water-types.

Exactly.
Ice can be used against Dragon-types if you'd rather not use Dragon Claw, as well as Grass and Ground-types. Fire Fang can get rid of Steel-types if you aren't running EQ (and is probably more efficient against Scizor, Genesect and Ferrothorn). But T-fang has no real use.

I personally run D-Dance, Earthquake, Ice Fang and Head Smash on mine. Most people switch their Fairy in on Dragon-types, so I find Ice Fang works just as well as Dragon Claw. No STAB, but a Strong Jaw boost is nice, and it actually hits Fairies.

I think austin made his shiny with pokegen.
And I cant do my test because it for some reason the codes arent appearing.
Hate the fact its all online, think theyd make an offline version too. Back up saves are stored offline, but codes are streamed off the servers.

So it may be the truth, no idea if its just me that cant see the codes or if the servers are down.

I can understand how to get a perfect IV parent in my game, but MM relies on having one foreign parent. If I'm doing MM for a shiny, wouldn't I have to get a foreign parent with perfect IVs as well? How am I supposed to do that? All the Jews on the GTS want legendaries for everything

You could trade for a JP 6IV ditto, a lot of people give them out.

You could also use the egg RNG abuse trick to get the IVs you want for the pokemon you want to breed in failing that.

Its either you trade for it, or if you havent another copy of pokemon, or a powersaves to run two files, you could set it to a different region. Then trade between games.

The way most people do it is just get a 6iv ditto, which is more than likely genned or cloned, and just use that.

Maybe I'm just unlucky, but every japanese ditto I saw on the GTS was asking for legendaries, and there wasn't any mention of IVs. I managed to get one for something else, but I don't think it's a perfect IV one.

Just going back to earlier with the thoughts of potential ruses. I have just tested the shiny code on Powersaves, the only thing it changes (visibly) is the original trainers ID number. And probably the secret ID.
I thought it changed their name too but that stays the same.
