Just because you're doing monotype doesn't mean you have to put up with weaknesses, only two of his mons are weak to fighting.
Skarmory's immune to ground and Empoleon is neutral to fire for example.

I agree, heatran is important to have in any monotype steel team because it covers that fire weakness with flash fire.
Another steel type I would consider is jirachi, it is annoying as fuck with a paraflinch set and can double as a cleric.
Also, I don't know what you want to use that steelix for, but if you intend to use it as a wall, skarmory is probably better because it can regenerate health with roost and isn't weak to earthquake.

Heatran over Metagross.
Those are the two biggest changes you should make. You may also want to try subbing in a Bisharp somewhere to abuse a pseudo-Deosharp combo with Skarmory. It would probably replace Excadrill, since you don't need Rapid Spin and shouldn't be trying for a Sand sweep. Bisharp isn't nearly as important as the other two changes, though.

Thanks for the updates bros. I completely forgot about bringing Piplup over so I will definitely work on getting Empoleon. And I think I will replace Metagross with Heatran.
