It's move pool and speed stat are great, too bad it's attacking stats are mediocre at best. It would be a perfect sweeper if it wasn't for that. It can still become a decent sweeper with life orb or choice specs though.

I prefer running Timid on fast but frail mons.

If you're modest, you can be outsped by a few mons that are used in OU often and usually run D.Gleam, especially Alakazam

Noivern is frail as shit, basically everything kills it, so hit and run tactics are preferred, U-turn after Meteor unless you know for a fact you can 1 shot whatever your opponent sends out.

I mostly agree. I run mine with a scarf because it's slightly retarded, and no one ever seems to expect it scarfed. Especially not when their own mans in scarfed.
