What's up, guys?

Some of you may remember me from a week or so ago; I'm running a Pokemon Tabletop RPG for some friends soon. I was asking for suggestions for gym types and the like then.

The game is using a lot of Fakemon found on the Internet; enough that I have an entire 100-mon dex for this region of mine, the Tohoku region, based on the real Tohoku region of Japan.

But I need help with something; figuring out how to finish my plot.

For the most basic rundown, the game is basically going to run like a two-part story. Most of the plot will be similar to how the anime is set up with episodes. They'll encounter "trainers of the week" and relatively standalone plots. Then we transition into the "movie plot" of the game, which would be best described as a bunch of sessions which all focus on one overarching story concerning one principal legendary, as the movies do. Not that there won't be key points of the "movie" plot earlier in the game; but at some point we'll shift gears to focus on the "movie" plot.
