I know it's cliche to like him, but, I've never been as touched with a legendary since Mewtwo and I doubt I ever will be. Not that I don't like the others, Rayquaza is a close second, he's just still that power mysterious creature waiting in a cave for someone to find him in my 12 year old soul.

Jirachi as he was the first quasi-event legendary I picked up legitimately.

Mewtwo as a close 2nd as he's the first that I painstakingly soft-reset for around a week in Fire Red to get as a shiny.

I like a lot of the legendaries. Zapdos, Lugia, Celebi, Jirachi, and Victini, Cresselia, all Kyurems and Zekrom/Reshiram. Deoxys is cool, and the Kalos box legends are really neat as well.

So my top favourites are vanilla Kyurem, Zapdos, Lugia, and Celebi.

Because when Deoxys flew through the atmosphere in the meteorite, Deoxys thought it was invading its territory. Rayquaza hates organisms that aren't supposed to be in the atmosphere being there. That's why he spazzies out in Mystery Dungeon too.
