back when kangaskhan was on every team, i use to run the shiny electivire that had ion deluge.

did it always work? hell no. m- kangaskhan has bulk and had to have some damage for electivire to knock it out and sweep a little. and this is implying kangaskhan didn't have/use earthquake and went for return when i used ion deluge.

but does anyone expect a ion deluge? hell no.

Lopunny for sure. Klutz gives you so many options - take away that Ferrothorn's Rocky Helmet or Leftovers and give it a Flame Orb. Combine with Fake Out, incredibly powerful Return, and a mix of healing options (Heal Bell, Healing Wish) or another attack.

Why this thing isn't at least UU is totally beyond me.
