>>18769444Rant coming up. Ignore if possible:
The people there always gave me the feeling that they make their sexuality a lifestyle, something that pisses me off immensely. I mean, they are like the typical Tumblrites who can't stop waving their sexuality around and make a big deal out of it. Like their whole life is centered around it.
I hate that. Part of the whole point of getting homosexuality and other sexual orientations accepted by society is making them not be a big deal. Going to a board that is specifically created for the discussion of said things goes against the ideal of not making it a big deal in the first place.
Not to mention, the board is also filled with the kind of people in the LGBT community that I also hate. I'm talking about the ones who brag their promiscuity or other stereotypes that just serve to reinforce said stereotypes.
So yeah. For instance, you could be straight, homosexual, bisexual, or asexual. But I don't really care and I'm not gonna ask because I don't give it importance. That's the kind of attitude I wish other people took too. Whatever you want to use your genitals for is not my problem, and it should never be. /lgbt/ completely destroys that.Rant ended. Go on about your fine thread. Don't mean to derail.
