I exclusively ran griefer sets that use shit like this, even with Prankster.

There's a lot of good counters (without even taking berries into consideration).

Also most teams have something resilient/immune to switch into. You might get them once but not consistently.

Many Lum Berry Sweepers are terrifying enough without getting a free +2 attack from you. And without Prankster, there's nothing stopping a Smogonshark/Barney from DD/SD'ing on the same turn you Swagger, thus becoming nigh unstoppable
