This thing's obviously got something to do with the sundial. Same pink color, little gold ark, sun pattern on the forehead... not to mention that it is created by "a sudden transformation of carbink" according to a pokedex entry, and the sundial emits mutation-inducing radiation. Well, how do we get that little fucker to mutate?
