drag the file you want into the bin folder, rename "your_file.mkv" to your filename
you don't have to enter the time as "00:00:00.000" every time, the program is smart about it, if you just put "15:30" or "1:24:20" it'll know what you mean
you can "copypaste" your last line of code by holding the arrow key to the right
if the file is over 3 mb, mess with the resolution, quality and bitrate. most of these are 1500kb and 36 quality
