Jolteon is like Manectric but Manectric does its role better.
Galvantula is usually used for sticky web and thunder spam

so use Manectric

Galvantula is a pretty shit mon, so I'm gonna say Jolteon, but then again if you're using Jolteon, then why not use M-Manectric? It's better in every way.

M-Manectric gets intimidate, along with flamethrower/over heat. Which is important for hitting ferrothorns (which completely walls jolteon). It doesn't have the best movepool in the world, but it's miles beyond Jolteons.
