After I finished the x/y,i re-downloaded it to another sd card and played in another save.Then I tried to play in my main save file but it is not working.
How fucked am i?Can I actually recover my original save?

Your original save is dead. You can't do that with games that save on SD cards, they have a number attached to them the last time they're played, it's saved to the internal memory. If they don't match the internal memory's number then they can't be used and it becomes unplayable.
