Gym leaders and Elite Four were not memorable at all (except for Korrina and Drasna, they were pretty cool), Diantha was pretty boring as hell, and it overall pretty much had the same Pokemon formula as the other games, except with a few 'twists' (i.e. new rivals like Tierno and his fucking twerk team, Lysandre apparently dying or being trapped under a rock 5ever, etc.) Did not really care for Pokemon-Amie; Super Training was okay. However, the music was pretty good, and gameplay is some of the best in the series (mega-evolution, easier iv stuff, better online gameplay, etc.) Overall, XY was not my favorite (that would be HG/SS and B2/W2), but it wasn't the worst either (that would be Gen 1), and it was good in several aspects. 6.75-7/10.
