Thread seemed to die last night. Did a bit more hunting but still no shiny virizion.
Got some editing to do today but going to be back to hunting soon, just having a break before I get to workin'.

I always wanted a pokemon game where each region is accessible and you could choose which town you start from.
No HMs,but instead youd need say 2 badges then any pokemon capable of cutting can cut, 3 badges and any water pokemon can surf etc.
You could also pick a profession after defeating the elite 4, and choose a town to relocate to if you want.
You could set up your own gym, and youd have daily challenges from NPCs that would grow in level over time and keep coming back every few days to try again.
You could also help train a handful of trainers as your gyms support team.
Or you could become a breeder, and NPCs would request that you breed a specific pokemon by a certain time. An advanced mode would be that youd have to breed one with certain IVs or natures, the closer you get to the request the more money you make.
Also reintroduce the pokeathalon and contests, and incorporate things like a camera so in certain areas like safari zones you could take photos in a pokemon snap style game.
More customisation options for your character (like Dragon Quest IX level of customisation).
More megas available.
You can now choose a starter from a wide range of pokemon depending on the town you start in.

Chesnaught is a little different. Most run either Careful or Impish, to boost Def/Sp.Def, but Adamant works just fine, too. Egg Moves usually bred in are things like Synthesis, Quick Guard and Spikes. You could only find out by either knowing the IVs or just trading all of the Pokemon over and checking whether they're shiny or not.
