The musketeers are based on the musketeers from the book D'Artagnan And The Three Musketeers and many similarities can be drawn between the two sets of characters.
Cobalion is based on Athos, the wise, older leader of the group, Terrakion is based on Porthos, the large bulky man of the group, Keldeo is based on D'Artagnan, the youngest, hot-headed addition, and Virizion is based on Aramis, the feminine, romantic man of the group.
As such, Virizion's feminine appearance is drawn from the fact that he is based on a feminine man, and the same applies to all other musketeers and their designs. There would be no point basing Virizion on a character without making an effort to make them resemble said character.
So try and actually look into things yourself before you mention your erroneous, uneducated bullshit, you swine.
