Have the following available to use for the dirty hanky panky so far:

Question is, which of those are best suited to reach my aim of 5(31) and 0 speed stat? What confuses me the most is the transfer of stats, i'm using destiny knot and everstone and that's ok BUT, does the game, while chosing the 5/12 stats from parents, transfer them directly (like atk remains atk) OR does the game take the iv and moves it in a random position of the child (like 31 atk becomes 31 Def)?
