Ultimate Universe Nick Furry is black.
Ironically, he was supposed to be black back when he was first introduced, but the higher ups and Marvel didn't think that would go over well and whitewashed him last minute.

Thor: Ubers from the start, probably 680 bst legendary.
Hulk: banned from OU after wrecking everything.
Iron Man: standard OU, fits on every team.
Captain America: excellent UU that can sometimes work in OU as well.
Hawkeye and Black Widow are RU or NU, not bad, just outclassed.

Good question. Both are really good typings.
Electric/Flying would be a monster in rain, with STAB on Thunder and Hurricane.

Actually, Electric+Flying is only resisted by Electric, Ground/Rock and Ground/Steel, so Ground would be better coverage.

Fighting would still be good, though.
