Yeah, lets jurget that Stone Edge has an increased crit rate and Rock Slide a 30% flinch rate.

Also if you want to determine if accuracy or power is more important, you have to look at what that attacks job is supposed to be on your team. For exmaple if the more powerful attack is able to OHKO an important enemy and the more accurate one is not then the more powerful one is probably the better option.

It could be a balancing thing because rock is one of the best offensive types, plus the fact that it has ridiculous distribution.

I think power gem is more used on non rock types.

The fact that there are both types and abilities that negate Ground type moves in general makes me think that they'll keep EQ as is. A magnitude buff could be nice though.
