You must think I'm crazy, but I have solid proof to back this claim up.
#1: We all knew a "z" iteration would be here. If you were skeptical, the Fairy Gem should be enough.
#2: Zygarde has two new signature moves, Thousand Arrows and Thousand Waves. I feel this is MORE than enough proof to conclude that each version will have separate moves for it. It would be the first time GF ever game the same Pokemon two different moves on two sperate versions, but seeing how this gen they gave two separate MEGAS for each game, I feel it isn't too far off.
#3 It'd be following the pattern last gen >inb4 muh patterns. One of the main reasons for splitting Pokemon up into two different versions was to create player interaction/trading. The "Emerald, Platinum, ect" took a step away from that, hence why we got B/W2. Expect the same from this Gen.
