I think a much bigger problem would be something OU-legal getting Arrows. There is much more shit in standard play that would get utterly destroyed by this move's existence. As for Ubers, I doubt the move would make THAT much of an impact - most shit that would be hit by it, especially with Zygarde's offenses, tanks it and usually packs a move that would kill in return

Zygarde gets ddance. Charizard, Skarmory, Rotom, Zapdos, Thundurus and everything that would otherwise force it to get locked into Outrage is now hit by a powerful STAB move.
The only OU pokemon that are hit for NVE damage are, on top of my head, Breloom and Pinsir.

Thousand Arrows and Thousand Waves are two Ground type moves (90BP, 100Acc) recently found that are probably signature moves for Zygarde in the gaems next year

Thousand Arrows supposedly hits flying types and knock them down, while Thousand Waves basically functions as a damaging Mean Look

Chances are Zygarde gets it which isn't even OU tier. Anything that gets it will go sraight to Ubers considering Thousand Arrows singlehandedly removes all of it's checks & counters.
