I think those are good ideas! But Mew with protean would be VERY hard to deal with since it can learn every move too. Maybe that's a good thing though because having Mew be at the top feels kind of right!

I agree with your rock throw one too... They could also make it more powerful the more hazards are on the field too! That way your opponent will think twice about laying down annoying things like that.

Electroweb has a chance of paralysis (30% or so). If used twice, it becomes an entry hazard (para chance + lowers targets speed by 1 stage on entry)

No. Nobody really uses Mew except for a suicide lead or a Baton Passer.
Besides I don't really battle competitively. I study it if any thing.

I use mine for hazards and transforming. Works alright especially since it gets 100 defenses and reliable recovery.
