just change his defences to 1 and put the spare bst into Atk and Speed, or even give him 2HP so he can survive a Spikes or Stealth Rock switch in

Ghost doesn't work on normal, so i added it for diversity.
But yeah I see your point. it can more easily 1hko enemies with a stab move and it doesn't need 2 priorities despite being so fragile.

All it really has is it's ability.
It would definitely appreciate a buff in stats.
Maybe... 80 Speed, 110 Attack?

Give it exactly 4 HP.
A super effective hit damages for 1 HP.
Each entry hazard damages for 1 HP.
Toxic always does 1 HP of damage.
A Substitute costs 1 HP to make, and can withstand 1 HP of damage.
Any recovery move or item that heals more than 1/8 but less than 100% restores 1 HP.
(meaning Leech Seed/Leftovers/etc. restore no HP)

than op, if you keep it's stats than do this for movesets:

Shadow sneak
Conversion
Endeavor
Taunt

I don't think a better moveset exists unless you will be tweaking stats
