It is, but it's fairly quick and easy as of gen 6. There's no way I would have tried IV breeding in any earlier games.

Since this is gonna turn into a pro/anti cheating thread in about ten seconds anyway, here's my 2 cents.

Who the fuck cares? Breeding is fucking easy nowadays, and cheated and non-cheated mons are identical.

It's not even remotely fun biking around Lumiose Gym for straight ten minutes, nobody in their right mind would argue that it is, but it's not that big of a deal when you can get a 5IV mon within 3 or 4 generations anyway.

So, cheat, don't cheat, who the fuck cares.

Unless you're genning 6IV legendaries, and then you're just a fucking faggot.
