>>18872444For GSC, Dragonbreath is fine for Kingdra. But for Dragonite, the extra power is fantastic. Just give it a Bitter Berry, or use Safeguard. Still have plenty of great attacks available for coverage, like Fire Blast or Flamethrower (Crystal only).
