- Ludicolo
- Solrock and Lunatone
- Volbeat and Illumise
- Torkoal

- muh nigga Tropius
- Relicanth

I realized there's a lot of good looking Pokemon in Hoenn (except Volbeat/Illumise) but they're weak as fuck
Not a lot from Hoenn made it to OU/UU

What about Steelix? His stats are utter shit, yet he looks like a beast, I mean c'mon a giant wyrm made out of steel, with only 85 attack being it's most usefull (other than 200 defence which doesn't even fucking matter since he still gets KO-ed with a little than 65 Sp.Def) If johto pokemon needs some mega-love, this one earns it the most.

A-and bumping the list with Relicanth, Sableye, Zangoose, Seviper, Huntail/Gorebyss, Glalie, Altaria, Chimecho...I almost forgot how terrible were the stats distributions of the Hoenn Pokèmon. Not offensive enough or not defensive enough, those offensive had an average speed while the defensive had lack of HP or recovery or just had a shit movepool.

stats can be 0/+20/+30/+10/+30/+10 (or plus 20 to speed instead of 10 to spatk but lal megas get some shit statboost)

or dragon/steel haxorus with probably guts or mold breaker
basically make its speed +10 and add a good flux into stats.

Also a Mega for Gallade, because having a spotlight on Ralts line within their itroductory region feels like something that needs to be done and fixing Gallade would be the best way to grant such spotlight.

As far as Dragon-types go like everyone's listing, I'd say either Flygon and Salamence since they're sort of a pair OR Altaria, but not one and Altaria or all three.
Also Salamence's design has a lot of room for improvement as long as they don't overdo it
