Pic not really related.

I'd want to buff Hyper Beam and its variations in general. Just turn 'em to 130 Power moves with no drawbacks. What's the worst that could happen?

I would buff them to 200 BP or more. So they do more damage than the standard issue moves do over 2 turns. 150 is not enough.

(Also, I'd introduce a new Dragon Hyper Beam equivalent or turn Draco Meteor into one, and retool Roar of Time into something similar to Sacred Fire)

If the Pokémon KOs a Pokémon with a rechargable move, it doesn't need to recharge.

What if instead of Hyper Beam's recharge, the Pokemon is given a similar effect to Slow Start or Defeatist during the next turn. Possibly blocking all priority moves, too so the user can't protect to use Quick Attack in order to finish off a red-health foe right away.
