I like to effort my pokémons by super training, but i just cant get any reset bag. Do you know any tip? I mean, i stayed hours touching and none reset bag

Just keep walking around with the super training thing open and you'll eventually get results
it's totally random

make sure you're not at 12/12 bags
keep hitting a blank bag until you get one
alternate pokemon to keep the alert (smiling face) status; that should produce faster results

You should farm berries. It's a lot easier than waiting on a reset bag.

From my experience, different Pokemon have specific bags that show up more often. Aerodactyl is one that hordes me reset bags.
