What's the best way to raise a Blissey for competitive games?

I'm kinda clueless when it comes to breeding, I have no idea if the bred pokemon will be the same species as the male parent or the female parent or who passes down the inheritable moves.

>>18883621 >mfw I'm actually helping someone Here's how to get a Chansey with Seismic Toss- get a male (it must be male) Mankey/Primeape that knows Toss (you can trade for one or look for someone who has a Friend Safari with Mankey in it.) Breed it with a female (it must be female) Mawile. Once you hatch a male Mawile with Toss, breed it with a Chansey. The resulting Chansey will have Toss.
