>>18889734Charizard should probably be your Mega, since Gengar is fine without.
Choose between physical Dragon/Fire or special Fire/Flying (+Solar Beam), and make sure the moveset fits its stats.
Replace Wood Hammer with Leech Seed. It'll give recovery, and a way to do damage against mons that resist your moves.
Greninja should run its standard set if it's Protean (it is Protean, right? Strongly consider replacing it if it isn't), which is Hydro Pump/Ice Beam/Grass Knot and a final move of choice in Uturn/Dark Pulse/etc, all with a Life Orb attatched.
If it's ability is Torrent, try: Substitute/Hydro Pump/Water Shuriken/Night Slash with the pinch berry that boosts Attack at low health (Liechi berry?). The goal is to use Substitute down to Torrent/Liechi range, then spam boosted Water attacks, WShuriken for priority, and NSlash for complementary STAB.
Gengar is a special attacker, give it Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave over Poison jab pronto. I'd consider replacing Psychic (offers no significant coverage) with Focus Blast or Thunderbolt.
Your team is largely fast attackers, so consider getting bulky mons to act as a pivot for your team to switch into when things go bad.
Rotom-Wash offers Will-o-wisp (burn halves physical attacks), Volt Switch, good bulk, and good coverage. It's overused because it's good.
Also consider dual-screen Klefki: Spikes/Light Screen/Reflect/Foul Play. It gets hazards on the field for your attackers, sets up screens for you, and has Foul Play to make sure its damage isn't an issue. Get a Light Clay from stealing/Thief from wild golett/golurk.
