it sucks against azumarill and klefki and megawile (probably the only relevant fairies) who all eat it harder from EQ, and is a bit of a trade-off for togekiss, sacrificing some OHKOs for perfect accuracy, but I'll admit than flinch is way better than crit unless you're super slow
