ITT: Pokemon who get fucked big time by their Movepool
Pic related. Seriously, that thing has some pretty good base stats but only one real attack move. Just give it rock a physical rock attack please!

Well, I think the Ghost buff remedies that somewhat(at least for the special attackers) since they all get Shadow Ball, although it would be nice if the physical oriented ones got Shadow Claw.

and give it speed and attack evs, and it's hidden ability, fun to use with Megazard Y

And each Pokemon you just listed are one trick ponies. I like the entire gimmick of the Eeveelutions, I like them as Pokemon. I feel like they should get an extra umph. Nothing broken, just make them usuable without having to feel like you can be using something way, way better.

Eeveelutions are supposed to be "typical" representations of their types (except for Umbreon, but Dark types are kind of all over the place anyways), and Leafeon is grass, so I don't think a diverse attacking movepool should really be in the books here. Maybe Nature Power and Knock Off are possibilities but I don't know many grass types that have easy ways of dealing with fire types.

Now if we gave Leafeon some better grassy support options, but Sleep Powder or Leech Seed. That'd be a bit more flavorful.
