The actual stat? Since Raichu has equally high Attack and Special Attack, its attacking stats would be 612 with boosting nature and 558 with neutral nature. For comparison, Deoxys-A's maximum Attack/Special Attack stat is 504. Raichu would be very, VERY scary. Like "kicking ass in Uber tier" scary.

Depends on how it's executed though. Hopefully they'ell mix the 2 pokemon's color schemes and patterns with Pika's on the top and Rai's on the bottom while keeping Raichu's body shape. It will cater to both Pika and Rai fans.
