Aerilate Yanmega gets a horrifyingly powerful Uproar to abuse, as would Tornadus.
Pixilate Wigglytuff would be pretty cool.
Refrigerate Kyurem would be great, especially for Black Kyurem.
Hell, Refrigerate would be good on any Ice-type Physical Attacker. Weavile even gets a better Priority move than Ice Shard in Quick Attack or Feint.
Granbull, Diancie, and Togekiss would kill for Pixilate. I'd say the same about Dedenne, except Dedenne can't kill anything.
Refrigerate would be a godsend for Cryogonal and Avalugg, and Cloyster and Delibird provided it's a HA. Rapid Spin 2 Win, bitches.
Normalize a shit ability. Give it to Slaking or Regigigas.
