My step brother is new to pokemon and is really into dragons. He doesn't really care about fairies and all of that. He just wants a really cool dragon team. I've helped him as much as I can by getting him a dragonite with espeed, a salamence, a goodra, and a garchomp. The last 2 dragons he wants are Mega Charizard X and Latios. He doesn't have anything to offer, but I'm willing to offer a shiny Phantump if anybody could help me to help my step brother.
