All considering, it's a pretty decent nuke.

By pretty decent I mean one of two Pokemon in the entire game capable of 2HKOing standard Chansey with an unboosted neutral special move.

The other being this one:
252 SpA Choice Specs Kyogre Water Spout (150 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Eviolite Chansey in Rain: 390-460 (55.3 - 65.3%)

It'd make a pretty good nuke.

125 speed and a presumable boost to special attack to go over 85 (its current atk) would wreck faces.

Currently its 60/85//60/50/50/125.

Could see something like 60/60/70/125/70/145

With flare boost, even scrappy, this would destroy doubles.

The main reason was because it turned the game into a coin flip.

If heads, they hit themself with confusion, you use Foul Play, they die.
If tails, their attack goes through, they hit you with 2x attack, you die.

The reason that things like ParaFlinch aren't banned because it isn't a 50/50. The odds are in the favour of the ParaFlinch user.

Why is this not a problem. It still isn't fun to have anything that's slower than togekiss or paralyzed be completely unable to move until it's dead.
