Obbligatory 252 Atk for both versions, the HP can be added in both AV and CB set, but CB ones still prefers 252 Speed with both Jolly and Adamant.
The moveset is most likely the same:
- Return
- Crunch
- Superpower / Play Rough / Wild Charge / Pursuit
- Facade / Retaliate / Fire Fang
Facade in my opinion can be compared to Retaliate usefulness, true fact that both are situational but Facade now ignores the Atk drop from Burn status. This means random burns from Scald and Ghost's Will-o-Wisp won't ruin the choiced set anymore, instead will allow Stoutland to use a 140 BP stab move, basically a 210 BP move that paired with Scrappy can punish any ghost or other burn spreaders like Quagsire, Sableye and Trevenant.
